Goods in stock are usually dispatched the next business day but please email email@example.com prior to making an order if you would like to check dispatch times if urgent as these may vary. We will endeavour to ensure that stock levels on the website are kept up to date, but will inform you should an item have gone out of stock and not be available. In this instance the amount paid will be refunded immediately.
When you place an order, we ask for your name, email address and delivery/invoice address. Without this information we will be unable to process your order. We ask for a contact telephone number in case there is a query or problem with your order. We do not make your details available to any other company except the company fulfilling the order and will not add you to our mailing list unless you choose to subscribe.
We aim to send orders out within 1 working day unless otherwise stated. All fabrics and wallpapers listed are made in small quantities and sometimes made to order. This can extend delivery times. The published price includes packaging, but does not include delivery which is payable extra. £10 for every order up to £90. Delivery is free for orders above £90. All delivery dates are quoted in good faith but we can have no liability for any delay in delivery. Please contact me in advance of making a purchase if a delivery date is key so I can check stock on firstname.lastname@example.org
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery and any shortage or defect must be reported in writing within 5 working days of the delivery date.
If your package has not reached you within 5 working days from confirmation of despatch, please notify us immediately. We cannot be responsible for claims of lost packages made after one week from confirmation of despatch.
At present we are not able to dispatch internationally off the website. For overseas orders please contact us for a personalised quote on email@example.com.
If you decide to return unopened rolls of wallpaper, in perfect condition, we will give you a full refund with the exception of any postage paid. However, the goods must be returned to us, in the same condition you received them, within 14 days of purchase. In addition you will need to notify us of your intent to return the goods by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered the item to you in error or the goods are faulty. Any damaged goods must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the order. Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Unfortunately as fabric is cut to length to order, we are unable to offer any refunds unless the fabric is faulty. In this instance, the fault must be reported to us within 5 days.
For ready made goods, cushions and home accessories (except made to order), you have a right to return any item purchased within 14 days, however you must take reasonable care of the item and return it in its original packaging in a new condition. You will be responsible for shipping costs, we advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. For returns please email email@example.com to notify us of the return and receive a returns address.
We can not accept liability if the manufacturer is prevented from supplying goods on account of force majeure which includes but is not limited to, extreme weather conditions, act of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, strikes or difficulty in obtaining materials and labour. In any of these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel the order and return payment.
